We are glad you joined us today, as pray, listen, worship.
As we begin, we are going to be in the letter to the Colossians today, so I invite you to pray the prayer that Paul prays in Colossians 1. Read verses 3-18, preferably out loud. When it says “you” why not replace that with “OCC” or with a particular person/

May God the Father be our refuge and strength,
May Jesus be our way, truth and life,
May the Holy Spirit lead us out of refuge on a curve to change the world.
As we begin today,
take a few minutes to be still; sit in the awareness of God’s presence; read a Psalm of Praise – like Psalm 145; thank God for who he is.
Worship & Teaching
Ray & Brenda Scriver lead us in worship – go head, sing along with them;
some of our OCCKids bring Mother’s Day greetings;
and pastor Mike leads us in Thinking Christianly.
God of pilgrims and all who journey, walk beside us as we begin down the path of opening up and recovery in our communities. Help us as we continue to transition to a new way of being your people. Let us encounter you in friend and stranger. Help us to care for our neighbour and the outcast. May all be safe and may our new life right the wrongs of the old. This we ask in the name of Resurrected One, our Lord Jesus the Christ.
