Lift up before the Lord someone you know who is walking in spiritual darkness. Pray that they will be drawn to the light of Jesus to be transformed. When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” John 8:12

Paul's prayer for the church in Rome - living in a dark time - is that even in the midst of the darkness they would "put on the armour of light." Pray that as OCCers we would clothe ourselves with God's righteousness. The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armour of light. Pray that the people we share with will see God's power and not our "wisdom". My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on human wisdom, but on God’s power. 1 Corinthians 2:4-5
