Many of us would like to be able to climb a few flights of stairs
comfortably or play with our kids or grandkids without feeling
out of breath. Others of us would eventually like to run a 5K
for the first time.
But regardless of our physical fitness goals, it’s important to first
understand what it means to be physically alive.
In this sermon, Pastor Mike highlights what physical health is,
and how relational health is connected with our physical health
and how we feel emotionally interacts with how we feel physically.
