At the heart of what Jesus came to do is the cross 
(which in many senses the New Testament uses as a short form for everything leading up to the cross, the resurrection and the ascension). Pray that we as followers of Jesus will be focused on the centrality of the cross and that those who do not follow Jesus would be set free to see the truth and the power of Jesus’ love
For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
