Formation
Spiritual formation is about loving God and loving others. It includes following Jesus.

These are words of Jesus on spiritual formation.
Over the month of September: read – memorize – recite – reflect on these words daily.
Allow this reminder of what we are called to be and do, shape our thinking and our actions.
Listen
Listen to what God is saying about loving him and loving others. Hear the words of Jesus: “Come, follow me.” [Mark 1:17] How is this a form of loving God?
Imagine
Imagine your life – with your family, classmates, co-workers, OCC community – as a life dedicated to loving God and loving others. What could that life look like today and tomorrow?
