Praying for our City – March 25

This month we are praying for our city.

When he approached Jerusalem, Jesus saw the city and wept over it, saying, “If you had known in this day, even you, the things which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes” (Luke 19:41-42 NASB).

Pray that the followers of Jesus in our city will see sin like God sees it and will refuse to accept any type of moral stance (both personal and corporate or systemic) that is contrary to the clear teachings of God’s Word.

All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
